Merger of Medicosearch and OneDoc

According to a press release, the two Swiss providers OneDoc and Medicosearch, known for online appointment booking and digital patient access, have joined forces. OneDoc is taking over the Medicosearch platform in its entirety.

PROMs in orthopaedics

Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) are a hot topic. These are standardised, validated questionnaires that are completed by patients to assess how they feel about their state of health. They can be collected at various points during the treatment pathway and used to monitor the patients health progress. They are also intended to improve communication between doctors and patients and can help to improve the quality of healthcare.


PROMs are already being collected in the first of our clinics in the field of orthopaedics. Other clinics in our Group will follow step by step.

Physician Master Index

We are currently in the process of creating a digital file in which all our doctors are stored. The aim of this inventory is to enable us to reach our doctors more easily and in a more targeted manner so that we can provide them with appropriate information and news in a timely manner. This platform is not public and the clinic management only sees the doctors accredited with them.

The clinic information system ClevEHR from Kheops has already been implemented in several clinics. More and more clinics are now being integrated into the system.

Well

One platform for all healthcare needs: Swiss Medical Network and Well want to simplify the healthcare system together.
The Well app is intended to serve as a contact point for patients and service providers with the aim of improving treatments and simplifying processes.
To achieve this, all players in the healthcare sector are invited to actively participate.
