After training as an engineer and completing a master’s degree in management, Stanley Hautdidier worked as a sales manager at a German MedTech company. He then joined a private clinic in Geneva as Director of Medical Affairs in charge of revenues. He also set up and grew an architecture and engineering firm specialising in healthcare, which he directed until September 2019.
He joined the Swiss Medical Network as manager of the Genolier Innovation Hub In 2019, and was appointed operations manager in April 2021, then made managing director in December 2021. He has held the post of Regional Director for the Arc Lémanique region since 2026.
(*1988) Graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, she held various positions in the 5-stars hotels in Switzerland and in the jewelry and watchmaking industries.
She has been working for Clinique de Valmont in Glion-sur-Montreux since 2014 and since 2017 has joined the management team as Deputy Director.
After training in financial management and accounting in Nyon, Chantal Buehler worked as an accountant at Rotary SA and in various law firms. In 1997, she joined Clinique Générale-Beaulieu as Financial Controller. She was subsequently appointed Head of Finance & Administration, then Deputy Director of Finance.
Dr Audrey Weaver, who holds a medical degree from the University of Strasbourg, was awarded the FMH specialist title in physical medicine and rehabilitation in 2022. She worked as an assistant consultant in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the HFR before joining the neurorehabilitation department at the Clinique romande de réadaptation in Sion in 2021. There, she served as a consultant, then as a senior consultant and medical director of neurorehabilitation research. She also represents neurorehabilitation within the Stroke Unit at the HRC in Rennaz.
In 2024, she joined the Clinique Valmont and opened an outpatient clinic at the Valmont Centre for Physical and Cognitive Therapies. In May 2026, she was appointed Medical Director of the clinic.
