You can make an appointment either conveniently online or by telephone.
Please make sure to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. Otherwise we will have to charge a fee of at least CHF 50.00.
On 15 November 2024 we only offer consultation hours until 15:00.
On 24 and 31 December, our practice is only open in the morning.
We are also happy to help you by telephone during our opening hours.

Parking
For visitors, there are paid parking spaces available in the Quadro car park, right next to the Messe Hallenstadion car park.

Depending on the situation and treatment, we may ask you to bring x-rays and medical documents as well as details of medication and your health insurance card.
We endeavour to keep waiting times as short as possible. Should you nevertheless have to wait longer, we ask for your understanding. Waiting times are usually caused by emergency treatments.

Payment
Payment for our services is made on site; in cash, by EC card or credit card.
Invoicing has been carried out directly via the Ärztekasse since 1 January 2021.

Cost authorisations for treatments not covered by basic insurance (e.g. iron infusions and IUDs) are obtained from the attending physician.
We invoice in accordance with the contracts concluded with the insurance companies and in accordance with the valid health insurance tariffs of the Canton of Zurich. We bill the Swiss health insurance companies directly. You will therefore only receive an invoice for services that are not covered by your health insurance and a copy of the invoice for your records.
Correspondence by email is billed as a telephone consultation in accordance with the Swiss Health Insurance Act.
